Phone Troubleshooting
Here are a few things to confirm and try to help remedy phone issues you may be having:

Ensure that the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into the base station. (not to be confused with the charging cradle)
- Ensure the other end of the Ethernet cable is plugged securely into the wall, or modem/router's Ethernet Port. (this varies by location)
- As these are, in a sense, little computers, and sometimes the base stations require a quick power reset. Perform a power re-boot of the phones base station. Simply unplug the power and ethernet cables for about 15 seconds, then plug them back in and give it a minute to restart.
- Similarly, as modem/routers are typically always on and connected, they too sometimes need a quick power reset. Perform a power re-boot on your modem/router.
