For GymLead, how do I stop agents from contacting a lead?
Answer:
To stop HelloGym agents from contacting a lead via the GymLead service you'll start by accessing your ALR account.
Active Lead Response (ALR) Web App/Portal:
You will have either one or multiple account/service locations to access.
First, access the correct account/service location,
Click on Contacts from the left-handed navigation/menu bar,
Click on the Contact/Lead's name,
The Contact/Lead's details will be on the left side of the browser, scroll down to the Actions section where you will see Tags,
Type into the Add Tags text box/field the words:
kill follow-up
All follow-ups have been stopped for the contact/lead.
IMPORTANT TAG NOTE:
Only enter the kill follow-up tag.
NO other tags (Examples: kill, kill follow-up, or similar) will stop the GymLead series of events.
Also, the tag can only be added once.
If for any reason you notice the lead was contacted again, and the agent missed the kill follow-up tag, please let us know so we can do a Hard Stop on the follow-ups for the contact/lead.
