Although this is a big problem, it is usually quite easy to remedy. There are a few steps to follow in order to get back up and running.

First, let's make sure that the internet is working at your location. Because the phone is an IP-based phone, it is important that the internet is still allowing your other devices to get online (Computer, Door Access, etc). 

Once you have verified that there isn't a problem with the internet, we next need to locate where your phone connects to your network. 

If you have a Yealink or a Panasonic cordless device, there will be an adapter that is plugged into your router or switch. (It looks like the black box next to the phone in the picture below). Once you have located the black box that is connected to your network, you will want to disconnect it from power to reset it.) Give it a couple of minutes after you plug the power back in and more often than not, this will fix your issue and you will be on your way!

If you have a Corded Panasonic Desktop phone, you simply need to disconnect the power from that device and let it reset for a couple of minutes. Once you have plugged it back in, you should be up and running within a few minutes.
