How do I change my password?

Answer:

Your password can be changed one of two ways.

Change Password Method 1:

While being logged into the HelloGym Web App/Portal, hover over your name/username and click Change Password.

Change Password Method 2:

While on the Login Screen for the HelloGym Web App/Portal, click Forgot Password,

Enter in your email address and a Password Change/Reset Link is sent to you to change/create a password.
