Promotions

The promotions section gives you the freedom to provide HelloGym's agent's with up to 3 Promotions that they can use as levers in scheduling appointments or answering caller's questions about any joining specials.

The Promotions should have a Title followed by a description. If the promotion is Ongoing such as a member referral promotion you can put the word Ongoing (ONGOING, [ONGOING]) and set the date range for as far out as you possibly want.

Then include any verbiage/scripting that you wish agents to say when they pitch/tell the promotion to your caller's.

If the promotion is one that a caller may have seen on a flyer or through a digital ad (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) please include that to help agents in verifying the promotion.
