Insurance and Discounts

The Insurance and Discounts page is divided into two areas. 

Insurance

If the facility accepts/works with any insurance that provides discounts on membership through a specific program or wellness reimbursement program select YES, then below select all that apply. If the program/insurance that you get asked about frequently isn't listed, choose other and list out the programs/insurances separated out with a comma.

If the facility ever chooses to stop accepting insurance, once NO is selected be sure to uncheck the programs that were once accepted. 

Occupational Discounts

If you offer any discounts to specific occupations or groups of people 
If you choose NO or that you later change the facility's policy not to offer any, after NO is selected be sure to deselect the occupations that are a checkmark next to it.

If you choose YES and chose the ones that are available.
