Variation Hours

The Variation Hours Page is very important.

If the club has to close early due to weather, holiday, or other reason this is where you would go to enter in the information instead of changing the facility's ongoing staffed hours on the Facility Basics Page.

This page can also show a change for a day if you are open at different hours. An example is in the picture below for 4-18-2021, under the heading Closed it says No.

Click the + Add New Exception and fill out the Variation for the day or days when the club will have different staffed hours.

Closed - Yes (Your location is Unstaffed / Not Staffed for doing Membership Enrollment &/or Tours)

Closed - No (Your location is Open & Staffed for doing Membership Enrollment &/or Tours)

In the Notes section, a reason as to why the facility is either open or closed should be provided. 

In the note, it can also include if members would or would not have access during the listed time that the club is closed (Unstaffed / Not Staffed)

When completed click save (In Green) on the exception and then save or click next at the bottom of the page.

After the day has passed, the variation will automatically delete itself.

These last-minute variations can also be added from the mobile app as well.

Variation Notes Template: 

The location is Open but with Different Staffed Hours

Fri. Dec 31st  the location will be Staffed 00:00 AM to 00:00 PM || Open for Members

The location is Closed (Not Staffed) but members still have access

Sat. Jan 1st  the location will NOT be staffed the normal 00:00 AM to 00:00 PM || Open for Members

The location is Closed (Not Staffed) & members DO NOT have access

Sat. Jan 1st  the location will NOT be staffed the normal 00:00 AM to 00:00 PM || Closed for Members
