How Do I Retrieve My Forgotten Username and/or Password?
Answer:
The quickest & easiest solution is to click Forgot Password? on the Web App/Portal login page.
Then on the Forgot your Password? page enter in your email.
IT WILL NOT BE THE FACILITY/CLUB EMAIL BUT YOUR PERSONAL/WORK EMAIL.
If the email you enter doesn't match one in our database the system will tell you.
At that point, it's recommended that you reach out to your HelloGym account owner, administrator, or Manager user to get your username (Email Address). They can also push out a password reset to you as well to create a new password.
If you do happen to know your username/email used for accessing the platform, enter it and click submit.
The email will come from noreply@hellogym.io

Follow the link and Set Your Password
Username/Email Note:
Emails cannot be changed by the user. A user with greater access would add you as a NEW user to the system with your NEW email and you will set a password.
After that is completed the user who helped you can delete the old user.
Account Owners/Holders & Administrators:
Account Owners/Holders can update the email of the administrator following the same process above, however, Account Owners/Holders must email support@hellogym.io with any change requests such as updating/changing their email address.
