How do I access my portal?

Answer:

To access your Web-App(s)/Portal(s) you'll first want to know what products and/or services you have with us.

Your customer portal (Web-App/Portal) is based on the products and/or services that you have. This is also true for the Mobile Apps as well.

For HelloGym Customers / Users:

HelloGym Web-App/Portal: https://membership.hellogym.io/login/auth

Active Lead Response (ALR) Web-App: https://app.activeleadresponse.com/

Vosseo Web-App/Portal: https://messages.vosseo.com/portal/

For GymPhone Customers / Users:

Web-App/Portal: https://messages.mygymphone.com/portal/

If your account owner/holder or an administrator has added and/or given you access along with login permissions/credentials or that you've created your own after being invited to the system then you will enter in the info.

Often it will be your username/login name [Typically an email address] and a password you've been provided or one you created.
