Have you been encountering odd or even strange and mysterious issues or errors when using HelloGym or any of the Other HelloGym Eco System of Applications?

It's possible that your browser has stored data that is causing the issues. To potentially resolve the issue we suggest clearing the caches and/or the cookies as the first step when you encounter an issue.

A cache is a temporary storage location for website information. A browser cache stores info that allows websites to load more quickly. Another type of cache is the Domain Name Server (DNS) cache which stores website address information that makes it easier to navigate to the website.

A cookie (HTTP/HTTPS cookies) on the other hand are files created by websites that you visit. This is done by saving information about your visit to provide you with a more personal-like experience. Cookies let websites remember you, your logins, session management, personalizations, and more. They are text files with small pieces of data that identify your computer as you use your network.

Clearing your browser's caches and/or cookies can often resolve any issues you may have.

We of course provided information for the browsers we recommend our users to use for our systems/applications.
