Recording your screen with a Third-party Application
While it is nice to be able to record on your devices the format or even the file size may be too large to send or attach in an email.
This is where a Third-party Application such as Loom, Recordit, or another screen recording application comes in handy. These applications allow you to record your screen and share the video via a URL from the application's cloud storage.
