Greeting!

The week of Thanksgiving is upon us, and we at HelloGym are finding things to be grateful for. We hope you are too.

In light of the approaching holiday, we want to let you know that HelloGym will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 and operation/service hours for Friday November 24th, 2023 will be 09:00 AM to 03:30 PM Central Time.

We will resume regular operation/service hours on Saturday November 26th, 2023.

If you are are a GymAnswering, GymLead, and/or a Managed SMS customer/Location(Facility), please add variation hours and/or block out your calendars (ALR, Club-OS, Etc.) accordingly.

For more details on adding the Variation Hours see below*. Variation Hours are what let our agents know if you will or will not be open/staffed over the Week of Thanksgiving.

Please share this information with all staff at your facility location(s).

If you are not a HelloGym customer with GymPhone, GymAnswering, GymLead, or Managed SMS Services, please disregard this announcement/message.

Please add Holiday Variation-Hours (Changes from Your Normal Ongoing Staffed Hours to each of your Locations within the Company Settings.

This is done on the Variation-Hours tab for each and every location that has a Gym Communication Services | Call/Contact Center Service (GymAnswering, GymLead, Etc...).
