Happy Easter!

Easter weekend is coming soon!

We wanted to inform you that our office will be closed on Friday, March 29th for Good Friday and Sunday March 31st for Easter.

We will be keeping our normal business hours on Saturday March 30th and resume hours on Monday, April 1st.

Please share this information with all staff at your facility location(s).

We also recommend you go into your HelloGym portal to update any staffing changes for the holidays, or to provide info on any current Holiday (Saint Patrick's Day / Easter) or Spring Break promotions you are offering.

If you are are a GymAnswering, GymLead, and/or a Managed SMS customer/Location(Facility), please add variation hours and/or block out your calendars (ALR, Club-OS, Etc.) accordingly.

For more details on adding the Variation Hours see below*. Variation Hours are what let our agents know if you will or will not be open/staffed over the Holidays & New Years.

If you are not a HelloGym customer with GymPhone, GymAnswering, GymLead, or Managed SMS Services, please disregard this announcement/message.

Please add Holiday Variation-Hours (Changes from Your Normal Ongoing Staffed Hours to each of your Locations within the Company Settings.

This is done on the Variation-Hours tab for each and every location that has a Gym Communication Services | Call/Contact Center Service (GymAnswering, GymLead, Etc...).
