Updating Ongoing Staffed Hours

To Update your facility’s ongoing staffed hours this will be done on the Facility Basics tab for the location.

To access the tab, first from the Dashboard (Location Dashboard) click on the Company Wizard (Gear icon). This is found on the menu bar on the web apps left-hand side.

Next, you’ll find yourself on the Service Locations page. Select the location whose ongoing staffed hours need updating.

The first tab you’ll find yourself on will be the Facility Basics.
You’ll need to scroll down to the heading that says Staffed Hours.

To update the Ongoing Staffed Hours, start by selecting the days that staff are at the facility. Checking or unchecking the box next to the day of the week will allow you to set the hours.

If you have an ongoing event such as lunch that is from 2 PM to 3 PM, you’ll want to then select the 2nd Shift check box. This will then give you a second set of hours so you can put in the split. This can be seen in the image above on Tuesday(s) and Thursday(s).

Only select the box next to 24/7 if you are staffed 24 hours a day. This can be seen in the image above on Wednesday(s).

Once the hours are all updated click the save button at the bottom of the tab/page.
